4. Legal grounds

Your personal data is processed on the legal grounds set out in Article 5 of the KVKK – namely that processing is directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract, is necessary for the data controller to fulfil its legal obligations, or is necessary for the legitimate interests of the data controller provided that it does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms – and, where none of these apply, on the basis of your explicit consent.

5. Transfer of personal data

Limited to the purposes above, your personal data may be transferred to authorised public bodies and to the business partners we work with (for example, hosting and email service providers) in accordance with Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK.

6. Collection method

Your personal data is collected electronically, by fully or partly automated means, through forms on our website, email, phone and similar channels.

7. Your rights

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, by applying to the data controller you have the right to:

• learn whether your personal data is processed,
• request information if it has been processed,
• learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly,
• know the third parties to whom it is transferred, in Türkiye or abroad,
• request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate,
• request its erasure or destruction under the conditions set out in the KVKK,
• request that corrections, erasure and destruction be notified to the third parties to whom it was transferred,
• object to a result against you arising from analysis exclusively by automated systems,
• and claim compensation for damages if you suffer harm due to unlawful processing.
